Why red and orange?

Red is the three hours you actually asked for. When we confirm a window, this is the part we commit to — it is where the van will be.

Orange is the slack you added with the + buttons. It tells us you could also do an hour earlier or an hour later. We will not book you into orange without asking first, but it gives us room to fit you in on a busy day — so the more orange you leave, the better your odds of getting the day you want.

A detail takes about two hours. The window is three so a filthy car never gets rushed.
